These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HyperSleep (the "App"), developed and operated by Sangat ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using HyperSleep, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

HyperSleep is a digital wellbeing application that blocks access to selected apps until verified sleep goals are met. The App uses device sensors to detect sleep and an Accessibility Service to manage app access.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• HyperSleep offers a 5-day free trial for Monthly and Yearly plans. Payment is charged to your Google Play account on Day 6 unless cancelled.
• Monthly: $4.99/month, auto-renewing
• Yearly: $29.99/year, auto-renewing
• Lifetime: $79.99, one-time purchase
• All billing is managed through Google Play. Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Permissions & Requirements

HyperSleep requires certain Android permissions to function:

• Accessibility Service: Required to detect foreground apps and display the blocking overlay
• Usage Access: Required to monitor app usage patterns for sleep detection
• Notification Permission: Required for sleep session notifications and bedtime reminders
• Activity Recognition: Used for Google Sleep API integration

You may revoke any permission at any time through Android Settings, but this may affect the App's functionality.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

HyperSleep is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of sleep detection (sensor accuracy varies by device)
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Compatibility with all Android devices

HyperSleep is a digital wellbeing tool and is not a medical device. It should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice regarding sleep disorders or health conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sangat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed alarms, inability to access apps, or inaccurate sleep data.

7. Emergency Override

HyperSleep provides emergency override options to bypass app blocking. These overrides may carry consequences within the app (e.g., adjusted sleep goals, temporary restrictions) but will never permanently prevent access to your device's functionality.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of significant changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mauritius.
